Delivery Timeframe - Stock Items
Where you have ordered a stock item (located in our warehouse) we aim to dispatch these within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12 noon (ADST) Monday – Friday, will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
All orders are sent via eParcel and will be received in 2 - 3 business days of dispatch.
Where you have selected Express Post, your order will be received the next business day.
Deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer than stated 2 - 3 business days.
Delivery Timeframe - PRE-ORDER SHOPS
For orders that are placed via a Pre-Order Shop, the process is exactly the same as above EXCEPT we have to manufacture the items first.
This typically takes 6 weeks, after which we pick and pack your order.
Dispatch Notifications
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notification from Shippit with tracking details.
Paladin cannot amend delivery location or redirect your order after it has been dispatched.
Signature is required on delivery. If you are not available to receive your parcel, you will receive a calling card with the post office location where you can pick up your order. Delivery options can be updated with Australia Post directly.
